Despite what you have read in the news we are still alive and not flooded or anything. We saw some strong winds and rain yesterday on the east coast of Malaysia but are now in Phuket Thailand. Hopefully we will not be caught in any weather. We might have to alter our plans because of flooding in Cambodia and Vietnam. I just wanted to let people know we are okay since we are not using email or Internet much.
On the other hand I went snorkelling for the first time and loved it! We saw lots of fish and corral and also I spotted a shark and we saw four giant sea turtles. Super awesome!

Glad to know you're ok. Phuket got wiped out in the last Tsunami, so - not a great place to be during that kind of storm.
